[Review] No7 Moisture Drench Lipstick (Coral Rose) and Barry M (Peachy Pink #147)

Hello y'all!

I was wearing these two colours today so I thought I may as well do a quick review on them!

Barry M (Peachy Pink #147): I love the colour of this lipstick, but unfortunately it is drying on the lips and if you have dry/flakey lips, this lipstick will make them even more obvious! It drags a little on the lips so I would dab it on gently and build the colour that way, or use a lip brush. Apart from that, the lipstick is very pigmented and even though it was quite a light pink, it's quite a "cute" colour.

Tip: Before you wear this lipstick, I would recommend exfoliating your lips to get rid of any dead skin, balm it up, then apply this lipstick to give you a smoother finish.

Moisture Drench (Coral Rose): This lipstick is very pigmented too! I love coral colour lipsticks as I think they add a bit of life and jolliness back into my face! It does go on quite smoothly and is relatively moist compared to Barry M, however, I find that after an hour or so, it can make my lips quite dry and what's worse is it can highlight the dried up parts of my lips.

Tip: To avoid drying of lips, exfoliate lips and use a good lip balm on your lips prior application of lipstick! Also, using a transparent or lightly coloured gloss can help lock in the moisture and prevent lipstick from drying your lips out!

Here, I used a Elizabeth Arden 8 hour lip protectant as the base, a nude lipliner Miss Sporty (toffee #010), then I applied the No7 Moisture Drench lipstick on my whole lips, dabbed some Barry M on the middle parts of my lips (gives it a plumpier effect), and finally applied a little bit of Nivea Lip Care (Caregloss and shine) over it.
