This UCLA Gymnast's All-Beyoncé Floor Routine Is Going Viral

Hello, people! It's Friday, February 28, and there are only two things I care about today: Lady Gaga's new song, "Stupid Love," and UCLA gymnast Nia Dennis's all-Beyoncé floor routine. I wrote all about the former here, so now I have the mental capacity to stan the latter. And let me tell you, my friends: I am stanning.

Of course, if you follow gymnastics at all, then you know all about Dennis's brilliance. The UCLA junior is a star—she wrote her name in the air during a recent routine—but this Beyoncé moment takes things to another level. She mashed up several of Beyoncé's classic instrumentals, including "Lose My Breath" (by Destiny's Child) and "Crazy in Love." Watch it for yourself, below, and be transformed.

According to espn.com, Dennis scored a 9.975 out of 10 on the routine, which was one of the highest-scoring numbers of the night. (UCLA was in a dual meet with Utah.) And get this: It all happened on her 21st birthday.

"I am overwhelmed with happiness and joy, thank you everyone for such positive messages, it means the world to me to have your support. This is so surreal i can't even believe it! much love always," Dennis posted to Twitter in response to the routine's going viral.

"That was absolutely amazing! Just showed my kids and now they are jumping around the basement pretending to be you," posted another.

Ultimately, UCLA lost to Utah by a hair (198.075 to 198.025), but it's clear Dennis was the winner of the night. You know Beyoncé is currently beaming with pride.

Beyonce Performs Touching Tribute to Kobe Bryant at Staples Center Memorial: Watch - Hollywood Reporter

The superstar opened Monday's service with powerful renditions of her songs "XO" and "Halo."

Beyoncé on Monday took the stage at Los Angeles' Staples Center to perform a touching tribute to Kobe Bryant. The late NBA legend — who played with the Los Angeles Lakers at the downtown arena for years — was honored with a star-studded memorial nearly a month after he and his 13-year-old daughter, Gianna, were killed in a helicopter crash in nearby Calabasas along with seven others.

Beyoncé, introduced as a close friend of the Bryant family, opened the "Celebration of Life" with a performance of her 2013 tune "XO," accompanied by a choir and orchestra. "I'm here because I love Kobe and this was one of his favorite songs," the superstar told the crowd before encouraging them to sing along. The Grammy winner then sang her 2008 ballad "Halo."

Beyoncé previously took to Instagram to share her condolences for Bryant's family at the time of the crash. "I will continue to diligently pray for your Queens," she captioned a photo of Bryant kissing Gianna on the head. "You are deeply missed beloved Kobe."

Beyoncé and Bryant have been close since 1999, when the basketball player starred in the music video for "Bug a Boo," which the singer released as the frontwoman of girl group Destiny's Child. Throughout the years, they remained close and were frequently photographed together at events with their respective spouses, Jay-Z and Vanessa Bryant.

Vanessa — whom Bryant is survived by with their three other daughters, Natalia, Bianka and Capri — spoke at Monday's memorial, calling her late husband her "soulmate." She elaborated, "He was the most amazing husband. We balanced each other out. He was loving, adoring and romantic."

Alicia Keys also preformed Beethoven's "Moonlight Sonata," which Lakers executive Rob Pelinka said Bryant learned to play by ear for his wife years ago as a show of love. Later, Christina Aguilera performed "Ave Maria" with an orchestra, followed by a showing of Bryant's Oscar-winning short film, Dear Basketball.

The entire Lakers team and numerous current and former NBA stars were also in attendance, including Bill Russell, Michael Jordan and Magic Johnson. Late-night host Jimmy Kimmel also spoke.

Bryant played for the Lakers for two decades, becoming a five-time NBA champion and 18-time All-Star. During his career, he became the Lakers' leader in points scored, games played, three-pointers, steals and free throws. Bryant was the first NBA player to spend 20 years with one franchise.

Along with Bryant and his daughter, seven others were killed in the helicopter crash: Orange County Coast College coach John Altobelli, his wife, Keri, and their daughter, Alyssa; Payton Chester and her mother, Sarah; youth basketball coach Christina Mauser; and helicopter pilot Ara Zobayan.
